IndInfravit Trust (InvIT) is an irrevocable trust registered under the provisions of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 on March 07, 2018. It is registered under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trust) Regulations, 2014 on March 15, 2018. The Trust has been formed to invest in infrastructure assets primarily being in the road sector in India.
